Every year in October, Sydney celebrates the Good Food Month. This means that Sugar Hits is back. This is when selected hotels and restaurants offers deserts with matching wine for the public to taste. This year, the price has gone up a tad!
My friends and I went to Galileo restaurant for their Japanese flavoured tiramusi. The room that we were seated evoked old grandeur and was perfect for some dessert and time for some chit chat.
Our tiramusi came in martini glasses and you could see the layer of cream, green tea, scotch fingers etc..
I really like mine and the Japanese flavour came from the green tea. We were all scraping the glass to get every bit possible. However, the coffee portion for my friend was too strong for her and she didn't enjoy it as much.
