Soho Food Feast

During the sunny weekend that we had in London last week, there was a buzz of activity happening in Soho, specifically at the Soho Parish School. The outdoor area was opened for the Soho Food Feast which was organized by Margot Henderson of Rochelle Canteen.

The feast was organized to raise funds for the school which promotes healthy eating to its pupils. It has gotten quite a supportive backing from its neighbourhood restaurants which see the likes of Polpo, Koya, Wright Brothers and Hix amongst others coming out to support this worthy cause.

Good food, awesome weather and most of all, doing my bit for charity was a great way to spend the Saturday afternoon.

The food feast was wonderful and it was great to see everyone having a good time. Each food tasting was £2 and the ones I had were all delicious, I was slightly sad that I missed out on one of the desserts but comforted myself by finishing with some gelato from Gelupo!

Perfect! Hope you had a great weekend too.

  1. I had intended to go but whoever was manning the twitter account said entry was £6, it was actually £10 when we got there, and for three people, that's quite hefty. Would rather have paid less at the door and a little more for the tastings - £2 sounds great value for those.
