Casa Asturiana

Casa Asturiana, located in Central Sydney claims to serve the most authentic Spanish food in Sydney. A group of us decided to give it a try. We ordered a variety of tapas and a paella.

Gambas Al Ajillo (peeled garlic king prawns)

Ensaladilla Rusa
Traditional potato mixed with tuna, prawns, olives and peas in mayonnaise dressing.

Chorizo A La Plancha (barbecued spanish pork & paprika sausage)
Pulpo A La Plancha

Spanish omelet of potatoes, onions and eggs.
Fresh & tender octopus straight from the octopus.

Calamares Frito
Pinchito De Pollo
Chicken, pimiento & onion skewer

We finally got to the Paella. By this stage, I was already feeling a tad full. A huge skillet filled with calamari, prawns, mussels, baby clams and fish greeted us.

What else but some sangria to complete our meal.
