A work lunch saw me headed to Lochfyne in Covent Garden. It nestled in a quiet and unassuming corner.
Chicken and heather-honey parfait served with shallot marmalade
Scottish plaice grilled with garlic butter
The food was forgettably boring, that isn't to say that it is bad, just one that is more siting on the fence or middle ground. If you are in need of somewhere which caters to both pescatarians and meat-eaters, Lochfyne has one thing, it is reliable.
Will I recommend: No
Will I come back: No
Have I had better: Yes
