Milliore Korean Fusion Restaurant Jan 08

This post is a little overdue.

To celebrate the year of 2008, a bunch of us ended up at Milliore. After taking our seats, we commenced ordering and waited eagerly for our food to arrive. I had the best "Yuk Hwe" here that I've tried thus far in Sydney and was looking forward to this dish again.

We were served with some little side dishes initially to munch on while waiting for our food. Tasty! I couldn't get enough of the seaweed and potatoes.
Yuk Hwe
Thin raw beef slices with pear and apple slices with a dash of soy sauce and sesame dressing. Simply delicious. This is best eaten when the raw beef is still half frozen. Once the beef slices have the chance to thaw, it's not as great!

Next came our meats. It was cooked and served to us by one of the wait person.

Yummy! The sauce used really enhanced the pork and beef individually and it was still tender and juicy.

Finally, we got started on the seafood hotpot.

I was struggling to finish by the end.
